Jeongpyeong Holds 2nd Financial Law Symposium
We held our second symposium on the theme of changes in capital markets regulation and listing maintenance practice.

Jeongpyeong Law Firm LLC held its 2nd Financial Law Symposium on June 4. The theme was changes in capital markets regulation and listing maintenance practice.
The first session addressed how trading data is interpreted in market manipulation cases and the analytical assumptions the defense side needs to verify.
The second session focused on real case studies to explain how to document improvement plans during substantive delisting review proceedings.
The final session featured a discussion on the criteria for determining the security status of virtual asset issuance structures.
The symposium was attended by compliance officers from listed companies and in-house counsel from financial firms.
Jeongpyeong plans to hold a symposium twice a year, once each in the first and second half, to share practical issues.
